Lunchtime Yoga Inspiration
This week I attended a yoga class led by an instructor that was new to me. I really enjoy practicing during my lunch break. It is a great way to recenter myself and I like getting my exercise in early in the day so that I can spend my evenings taking Ginger to the dog park or on a long walk. The book is based on Harvard's John Kotter's 8-step change model and uses a fable about a penguin colony that realizes their iceberg is melting. As a result, they are forced to change their lifestyle to survive. The fable is super cute
