Conflict Resolution
While quarantine can be a great opportunity to spend additional time sheltering in with loved ones, it can also lead to conflict. Understanding your triggers is a key part to conflict resolution. Identifying triggers can help you self-soothe during and after a conflict. Sharing your triggers with the other party involved with the conflict can help you better understand each other and promote healing and better conflict management in the future.
