It’s #traveltuesday and my first day back to work after an idyllic trip to Cape Town, South Africa! I have countless beautiful memories and positive experiences from this trip to get me through the rest of my work week. Did you know that the “Accumulation of Positive Experiences” is a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skill for emotional regulation and overall happiness? These experiences do not have to be as grand as a trip abroad. They can include enjoying a sunny day or talking to a loved one.
