It’s #traveltuesday and my first day back to work after an idyllic trip to Cape Town, South Africa!
I have countless beautiful memories and positive experiences from this trip to get me through the rest of my work week.

These experiences do not have to be as grand as a trip abroad. They can include enjoying a sunny day or talking to a loved one.
Evidence shows that these positive experiences increase emotional resilience and decrease vulnerability to negative emotions.
